Personal philosophy:

I believe that everyone can succeed with the right mindset and support.   Everyone has a special gift, talent, or ability to do great things in life.  As someone who struggled for what I have accomplished, I know it can be done.  We all play a role in each other’s lives.  I believe that we all have a “CHAMPION SPIRIT” that exists in every one of us.  It is our job to tap that spirit in our students and help them believe.  If they believe, then there is nothing that they can’t achieve.
